Home of the Statesmen (Their mascot inspired by the patriotism of our country's early leaders.)
Established in 1938 with the help of former ambassador David K. E. Bruce, the school is named after Revolutionary era patriots, John Randolph and Patrick Henry. The school proudly displays a World War II memorial plaque, honoring the students who fought for their country, a commitment to freedom few remaining high schools can boast.
Notable aspects of the school include the school agricultural farm, on which students in agriculture classes "participate in farm work"; as well as Statesmen Computers, a company that provides computers, built and distributed by students, to colleges and universities throughout Virginia. Among other academic teams, Randolph-Henry has very strong ACE, or Scholastic Bowl and Forensics teams.
