JUDGE THOS. T. BOULDIN--The last will and testament of Judge Thos. T. Bouldin, of California, was admitted to probate, in Charlotte County Court, at its May term.  Mr. Boulden (Bouldin) was a native of Charlotte, and son of the late James W. Bouldin, Esq.  He has been a resident of California for many years, and ably filled the position of Circuit Judge in that State.  An upright man, able lawyer, and a true Virginian gentleman, his death will be deeply deplored by his numerous relatives and friends in Charlotte.
