IN CHARLOTTE CIRCUIT COURT
CLERKS OFFICE, MARCH 6TH, 1928

Baxter Whitfield Watson..Plaintiff
versus
Viola Marshall Watson..Defendant

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo marimonii by the plaintiff, Baxter Whitfield Watson, from the defendant, Viola Marshall Watson, on the ground of desertion for a period of more than three years.
And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant, Viola Marshall Watson, is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that the said Viola Marshall Watson do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect her interest in this suit.
